These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Easy Mail LLC, a consumer‑grade email automation tool that performs on‑demand cleanup actions without storing email content or syncing entire inboxes.
- Service Description
Easy Mail provides tools for email cleanup, organization, and automation. The service operates on‑demand and does not maintain long‑term storage of email data. - User Responsibilities
Users must: Provide accurate account information Use the service in compliance with applicable laws Avoid abusive or automated misuse of email providers - Acceptable Use
Users may not use Easy Mail to send spam, perform unauthorized bulk actions, or violate email provider terms. - Service Availability
Easy Mail does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The service is provided on an “as‑is” basis without warranties. - Limitation of Liability
Easy Mail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. - Account Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. Easy Mail may suspend accounts involved in abuse or security risks. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. - Modifications
Easy Mail may update these terms as needed. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Gmail Integration Notice Gmail integration is planned and will be enabled following completion of Google OAuth verification. When enabled, Easy Mail will request only the scopes necessary to perform user‑requested actions such as bulk deletion and automated cleanup. Email content is never stored, in transit or at rest. Until verification is complete, Easy Mail does not request Gmail scopes and does not access, store, or process Gmail data in transit or at rest. Last updated: June 2026.
