Refund & Cancellation Policy - Easy Mail LLC
Easy Mail issues refunds via Stripe to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Full refund within 7 days of your first charge if the service has not been actively used (no auto-rules created, no syncs run, fewer than 25 deletions). After 7 days, or if you've actively used the service, the current billing period is non-refundable — but cancelling stops all future renewals immediately and you keep access until the period ends.
2. Bulk Delete Pass Bundles (One-Time)
Available bundles: 1 = $11.99, 2 = $19.98, 3 = $26.97, 4 = $33.96, 5 = $41.20, 10 = $79.99, 20 = $139.99. Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the Pass has not been used for any deletion. Once any deletion has been performed using the Pass, it is non-refundable. The Pass expires automatically 7 days after activation and is not extendable. No custom bundle sizes or per-inbox pricing is offered.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
If we materially break or remove a feature you were paying for, we will pro-rate-refund the unused portion of your current period. If we terminate your account for reasons other than breach of Terms, we will also pro-rate.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute through your bank or Stripe instead of contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. Please email easymailsupport@gmail.com first — we resolve nearly every issue in under 24 hours.
5. How to Request a Refund
Sign in → Settings → Billing → Request Refund (recommended), OR email easymailsupport@gmail.com with the transaction ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days and approved refunds appear on your card statement in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation (Separate from Refund)
You can cancel an active subscription any time at Settings → Subscription → Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no immediate refund, but you keep access until then and are never re-billed.
