This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Mail LLC collects, uses, and protects information when users connect their email accounts and perform on‑demand cleanup actions. Easy Mail is designed as a privacy‑first platform and does not store email content, does not sell data, and processes only the minimum metadata required to execute user‑requested actions.

  1. Information We Collect Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication tokens provided through OAuth Email Metadata: Sender, subject, timestamp, and message identifiers (for non‑Gmail providers) Billing Information: Managed exclusively by Stripe
