This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Mail LLC collects, uses, and protects information when users connect their email accounts and perform on‑demand cleanup actions. Easy Mail is designed as a privacy‑first platform and does not store email content, does not sell data, and processes only the minimum metadata required to execute user‑requested actions. Large user-requested bulk deletions may be queued on the server and continue after the user leaves the site, subject to the service remaining available to complete the task. For connected non‑Gmail accounts, Easy Mail automatically maintains a synced metadata index in the background (see Section 4) so search, filtering, and bulk actions work across a user's full mailbox instead of only the most recently loaded messages. Auto‑rules remain opt‑in and only run against a mailbox if the user creates and activates one.
