Easy Mail LLC supports user rights under GDPR and CCPA.

1. Right to Access
   Users may request a copy of their account data.
2. Right to Deletion
   Users may delete their account and all associated data.
3. Right to Correction
   Users may update their account information.
4. Right to Revoke Consent
   OAuth access may be revoked at any time.
5. Right to Non‑Discrimination
   Users will not be penalized for exercising privacy rights.
6. Data Minimization
   Easy Mail processes only the minimum data required to perform user‑requested actions. Gmail Integration Notice Gmail integration is planned and will be enabled following completion of Google OAuth verification. When enabled, Easy Mail will request only the scopes necessary to perform user‑requested actions such as bulk deletion and automated cleanup. Email content is never stored, in transit or at rest. Until verification is complete, Easy Mail does not request Gmail scopes and does not access, store, or process Gmail data in transit or at rest. Last updated: June 2026.
