Data Retention Policy - Easy Mail LLC

Easy Mail LLC retains only the minimum data necessary to operate the service. For connected non‑Gmail accounts, Easy Mail automatically maintains a synced metadata index in the background so search, filtering, and bulk actions work across a user's full mailbox instead of only the most recently loaded messages. Auto‑rules remain opt‑in and only run if a user creates and activates one.

Billing Data Managed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s retention policies Gmail Integration Notice Gmail integration is planned and will be enabled following completion of Google OAuth verification. When enabled, Easy Mail will request only the scopes necessary to perform user‑requested actions such as bulk deletion and automated cleanup. Email content is never stored, in transit or at rest.
