Data Retention Policy - Easy Mail LLC

Easy Mail LLC retains only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

1. Email Content Never stored
2. Email Metadata Processed temporarily Deleted immediately after task completion
3. Account Information Retained until the user deletes their account
4. Logs Contain no email content Anonymized and rotated regularly
5. Billing Data Managed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s retention policies Gmail Integration Notice Gmail integration is planned and will be enabled following completion of Google OAuth verification. When enabled, Easy Mail will request only the scopes necessary to perform user‑requested actions such as bulk deletion and automated cleanup. Email content is never stored, in transit or at rest. Until verification is complete, Easy Mail does not request Gmail scopes and does not access, store, or process Gmail data in transit or at rest. Last updated: June 2026.
