Data Deletion Policy - Easy Mail LLC

Easy Mail LLC provides users with full control over their data.

1. Email Data Easy Mail does not store email content Metadata (for non‑Gmail providers) is processed temporarily and deleted immediately after task completion Gmail integration is not yet active; see Gmail statement below
2. Account Data Users may delete their account at any time All associated data is permanently removed
3. OAuth Tokens Tokens are revoked immediately when a user disconnects an email provider
4. Support Data Deleted upon request Gmail Integration Notice Gmail integration is planned and will be enabled following completion of Google OAuth verification. When enabled, Easy Mail will request only the scopes necessary to perform user‑requested actions such as bulk deletion and automated cleanup. Email content is never stored, in transit or at rest. Until verification is complete, Easy Mail does not request Gmail scopes and does not access, store, or process Gmail data in transit or at rest. Last updated: June 2026.
